After you download your app, if you have set up a user account you can use your existing credentials to lo gin to your new app.  If you don't have a user account go to the bill bay portal, select "My Account" and then select "Create User Id."

Don't have an iOS™ or Android™ powered mobile device? We've got you covered with our new Mobile Web App that runs right in your smart device browser - no installation required.  make secure payments, manage your account information, view you bills, manage your alerts and reminders - the Mobile Web App offers many of the same features as our new Mobile Apps.
